These terms and conditions govern the contractual rules between any potential customer (the client) and the supplier (Diosa Planta SL). 1- Specific terms of sale

Access to this website, its contents and all purchases made on this website are restricted only to adults (18 years of age in Spain). Cannabis seeds are not controlled by the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs held in Vienna in 1961. Possession of cannabis seeds does not constitute a crime in Spain. The seeds marketed on this website (sold only to adults, on the condition that they shall not be used for purposes contrary to the current legislation) and in compliance with the stipulations laid out in the Spanish Order SCO 19/2004 of 28 January, and in the circular 6/2004 of the Agencia Española de Medicamentos y Productos Sanitarios (Spanish Drugs and Health Products Agency), are not intended for human consumption, but may be put to ornamental use only. However, national legislations applicable to cannabis seeds often differ widely from country to country. The clients acknowledges that he or she is aware, upon ordering, of the specific terms of sale displayed on screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, colour, product details, cost of services, delivery dates, etc.) and expressly accepts them without any reservations.

Placing and confirming an order shall mean the express and unreserved acceptance of the specific terms of sale by the client, applicable only to that specific order.

2- Ordering

The client can place an order by clicking on the shopping cart icon or on the button containing the text “Add to basket”. Each article is added to a total, which is the sum of all products selected by the client in a shopping cart found on the website’s section “My purchase”. Once the selection process is over, the client must enter his place of residence, in order to add to the shopping cart any service or shipping costs (may it be the case), and click on the button “End purchase” so as to end the process by adding personal details and choosing a payment method. The client confirms the order by selecting “I have read and accept the terms and conditions” and clicking on the button containing the text “Place order”.

The registration systems and the automatic e-mail provided by Diosa Planta SL serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order, not as confirmation.

For orders over 1,000.00 euros (cost of the merchandise, VAT included), the client shall print, duly sign, and send back to Diosa Planta SL these general terms and conditions, otherwise they will be disregarded and will not be legally effective.

3-Confirming an order

When placing an order, the client will receive an automatic e-mail from our website. Afterwards, Diosa Planta SL will confirm acceptance of the order with the client by sending a second e-mail, in which the client will be informed of all the details relevant to the order. The purchase process will not be considered to have ended until the company Diosa Planta SL has confirmed the order.

Diosa Planta SL reserves the possibility of not confirming an order due to a specific reason, such as product availability, a problem relating to the concerned order (e. g. an illegible document), an abnormal order or foreseeable problems concerning delivery. In such cases, Diosa Planta SL will inform the client.

It will not be possible to place new orders until the client has made all payments owed for previous orders. Likewise, the property of merchandise will not be completely transferred until the company Diosa Planta SL receives the sums owed by the client.

4-Confidentiality and security of personal details

There is no need to be registered to use our website, unless you want to make a purchase. It is important that you enter a valid phone number, e-mail address and address of delivery in order to ensure the smooth management of your order. If you provide a third party’s personal details, you must guarantee that this third party has been informed about the terms and conditions of this online purchase and also that he or she has authorised you to provide those details for such purposes. You will be directly responsible for any direct or indirect damage that might result from the failure to fulfil these obligations.

The personal details you provide will be included in an automated data file, property of Diosa Planta SL, whose only purpose is to manage orders, fulfil deliveries, process charges and payments, simplify the placement of future orders, and send newsletters via e-mail (if you have authorised us to do so). Under no other circumstances will the personal data in our files be shared or sold to any person or company.
