The client will choose the place of delivery when placing an order. Vegecultura SLU reserves the right to use all means necessary to deliver the products to the address entered by the client.
No delivery fee shall apply to baskets equal or higher than €30.00 (including VAT). For baskets that cost less than €30.00 (including VAT), handling and transportation costs are €4.00 (including VAT) in Spain and €6.50 (including VAT) for all other countries.
When placing an order, the client commits to sign the courier’s receipt form. You can include any comments you deem necessary in this form. By signing the receipt form, the client acknowledges receipt of the amount of packages stated in the form. If the client notices any damaged or missing products, a claim shall be filed within 3 days by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Absolute Cannabis Seeds. C/ Galileo Galilei, 48. 15008 A Coruña, Spain.
Any event, such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport stoppage, that could delay or prevent delivery or render the cost exorbitant, is, by way of explicit agreement, a clause of suspension or termination of Vegecultura SLU’s obligations, without any compensation for the customer if the event lasts for more than 15 days. Under such circumstances, the client shall be completely and automatically exonerated from all obligations derived from placing an order.
Once an order has been confirmed by Vegecultura SLU and payment has been checked, deliveries in Spain will be made within 5 working days. For all other countries, delivery will depend on the delivery times of each country’s postal service. Should an article not be in stock when placing an order, we will inform you and confirm the date by which it will become available again, or, alternatively, suggest an equivalent substitute.
Deliveries will be made by Correos in Spain (or by the postal services in the country where the delivery is to be made) during regular delivery times.
Vegecultura SLU ships to any country in the world, and also to The Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and The Canary Islands. For all these territories, our working method is based on Ex works (EXW). This means that the seller (Vegecultura SLU) delivers the goods directly to the buyer in the seller’s own facilities, the seller thus having fulfilled his obligations by making the order available to the buyer at his own warehouse. The goods must be packed and labelled, ready to be loaded to any means of transportation. From that moment on, the seller’s responsibility is over, and it is the buyer who is responsible for all expenses and processings, both bureaucratic and customs. If, unwilling to bear these expenses, the order was returned to Vegecultura SLU, that client would not be able to use our online shop again.
Each country has its own regulations regarding seeds and cannabis-related products, and the buyer is obliged to check the legality of these products in his/her country of origin. Vegecultura SLU is not responsible for the buyer violating laws of other states and expressly disclaims any responsibility for legal issues that may arise from such an event.
Otherwise, the purchase process is exactly the same as described in previous sections.
The client has 14 days (starting on the day that you, or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods) to return any product that, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with. This return policy does not apply to those items made up in accordance with specifications provided by the buyer, the clearly personalised ones, or those which, by their own nature, cannot be returned because they can deteriorate, expire or die. Among other items, you cannot return seeds, or unsealed items that can be copied (books, DVDs, etc.) and, for that matter, any product without its original packaging or that has been used and is not in the same condition it was when you received it.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing to Absolute Cannabis Seeds, C/ Galileo Galilei, 48. 15008 A Coruña (Spain); by phone on (+34) 981 243 049; or by e-mail to email@example.com, providing us with your name, your home address, your phone number, your fax number (if you have one), your e-mail address, your order number, and stating your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e. g., a letter sent by regular post, fax or e- mail).

For returns, it is the client who bears the shipping costs of sending the merchandise back to our warehouse. We recommend that you pay due attention to packaging, as you will be held responsible for any damage suffered during its transportation. Therefore, we suggest that you return the goods by registered delivery or courier and with an insurance for the value of the product. This insurance will be very useful in the event of loss or damage to the merchandise by the courier. In any case, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To avoid incidents or claims for breakage in transit, it is very important that you check everything as soon as you receive it and before signing the courier’s receipt form. If you see any damaged box or package, let the courier know and make a note reporting this on the delivery form, next to your signature. If you cannot check the conditions of the parcel at that time, add the words “pending revision” to your signature on the receipt form. All this is very important in order for you to be able to make any claims regarding breakage or damage during shipping.
